We investigated some questions from the past years’ Kangaroo contest (2012 – 2013). Three questions were left for a further discussion.
Kangaroo Canada 2012 G6 Question 15:
We make the every 4 respective cells repeated since the sum of any four consecutive numbers is 12. In each 4 cells unit [1,2,3,4], we know
unit = 1 –> unit = ? –> unit = 2 –> unit = 4
unit[smilingFace] is in unit = 12 – unit – unit – unit = 12 -1-2-4 = 5
The answer is D.
Kangaroo Canada 2012 G6 Question 28:
